Motorsport nut Gazza Snell (William McInnes) is grooming his two kart racing sons to be future Formula 1 stars, to the detriment of his marriage to long-suffering Gail (Robyn Malcolm). When the boys collide on the track and one is left fighting for his life, Gazza's world turns upside down. The crisis tears his family apart and forces Gazza to grow up and learn what's truly important in life.
